AngleZ Behavioral is proud and excited to have Dr. Michael Eng as a part of our practice. Michael is one of our Medication Assisted Treatment physicians.
Dr. Eng graduated from University of Maryland College Park in 1987 with a Bachelor in Science in Biochemistry and attended medical school at Duke University School of Medicine and graduated in 1995 with his Medical Degree. Dr. Eng attended his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center and Mount Sanai Hospital.
Dr. Eng worked for Central Maine Medical Center for 11 years as a Pathologist and was the Laboratory Medical Director at Bridgton Hospital until 2016.
Dr. Eng’s passion for helping patients has now brought him to practicing MAT for those that struggle with addiction and with Dr. McConnell and our integrated model we believe AngleZ BHS will be a leader in MAT treatment for Central Maine.
AngleZ Behavioral Health Services is proud and excited to welcome Dr. Jennifer McConnell M.D. to our staff. She is our Medical Director and one of our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) physicians.
Dr. McConnell graduated from SUNY Cortland, New York with a Bachelor in Science in Biology. She attended medical school at SUNY Health Science Center in Syracuse, New York graduating in 1994 with her Medical Degree.
She attended her internship and residency at Maine Dartmouth Family Practice in Augusta, Maine graduating in 1997. Since that time, she has been working as a family practitioner in Winthrop, Maine with Maine General Health Associates. She is board certified in family medicine and enjoys caring for families.
Dr. McConnell has had her own practice, Maranacook Family Health Care since 2010 with Lisa Clarcq D.O.
Dr. McConnell started doing MAT work in 2004, She is very passionate about offering options to those that struggle with addiction. AngleZ BHS uses the integrated model which allows for us to provide comprehensive, integrated substance abuse in an environment where individuals & family members can grow together and be successful in their recovery.
