AngleZ Behavioral Health Services is a licensed Mental Health and Substance Abuse agency located in Augusta Maine. Our vision is to work as a team of professionals to enhance the quality of life for the families and individuals supported by the agency.
We have an opportunity for a Clinician to provide Outpatient Therapy in our office. The clinician’s responsibilities include the assessment, diagnosing, recommendation of treatment needs, and ongoing therapy to patients in all age ranges.
This position is part-time. Experience and Qualification of this position requires appropriately educated staff as set forth by the Department of Health and Human Services, State of Maine. The individual qualified must have a minimum licensure of LCPC, LCPC-c, LCSW, LMSW-cc, or LMFT

Contract position $30-$50 hourly for direct client contact
Licensure requirement of LCPC, LCPC-c, LCSW, LMSW-cc, or LMFT
The clinician will provide family and individual therapeutic guidance in the home, as well as collateral work with family’s and child’s support system to guide stability following treatment.

Individual Living Skills Specialist (ILS) Or Daily Living Skills (DLS)

We are hiring for the following areas: Greater Lewiston/Auburn, Augusta/Gardiner and coastal Wiscasset, areas.

Responsibilities
The Individual Living Skills Specialist is responsible for the direct care work guided by a client’s plan of care. Duties include but are not limited to assisting and skill teaching an individual the essential functions of daily living such as laundry, house maintenance, financial budgeting, health and psychiatric coping skills, medication monitoring, cooking, and self care activities. Documentation of skills teaching and progress must be maintained and accurately provided for the client’s clinical chart. Participation in clinical supervision is required and good communication skills with supervisor to maintain the clients safety and well being is essential to the position. ILS position requires an individual to have the ability to work 1:1 effectively with multiple individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Experience/Qualification
This qualified candidate needs to hold a valid High School Diploma and an MHRT1 certification through the Muskie Institute within 1 year of hire. The position further requires that the individual attend a minimum of 20 hours of continued education on an annual basis for a full time employee, trainings will be offered through the agency to ensure adequate access. The candidate must hold a valid drivers license; have an inspected, registered, reliable automobile and produce proof of insurance of 100,000-300,000. The candidate, if hired must maintain and have an inspected, registered, reliable automobile for the duration of their employment with AngleZ Behavioral Health Services, PA.

Offer of Employment Considerations:
Prior to employment AngleZ Behavioral Health requires a procurement of a consumer report, any individual found to have been convicted of a criminal offense of abuse, neglect, or assault of a criminal nature will be ineligible for employment. Any other criminal convictions will be at the discretion of the agency as to continuing to consider your candidacy for employment. AngleZ Behavioral Health requires a procurement of a drivers license history, 3 or more moving violation within a 5 year period will be considered a high risk employee and will be a considering factor prior to an offer for employment. Any criminal driving record conviction less than 5 years old, including but not limited to a DUI will be a considering factor prior to an offer for employment. AngleZ Behavioral Health will also procure a record of any convictions of maltreatment of clients through the Department of Health and Human Services, which restricts candidate’s ability employment in the social services field. An employee must attend a work place health screening prior to employment.

Skills Development Mentor

We are hiring for the following areas: Greater Waterville and greater Gardiner/Randolph area.
Responsibilities
The Skills Development Mentor is responsible for the direct care work guided by a client’s plan of care. Duties include but are not limited to assisting and skill teaching an individual the essential functions of socialization in the community, health and psychiatric coping skills, medication monitoring, and self care activities. Documentation of skills teaching and progress must be maintained and accurately provided for the client’s clinical chart. Participation in clinical supervision is required and good communication skills with supervisor to maintain the client’s safety and well being is essential to the position. The Skills Development position requires an individual to have the ability to work 1:1 effectively with multiple individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Adult Case Manager

We are hiring for the following areas: Greater Augusta/Gardiner and greater China/Windsor areas.
Responsibilities
The Community Case Manager responsibilities are one of a resource connector and monitor. The Case Manager will be responsible for assisting a client caseload in connecting to resources to assist in procuring and maintaining essential needs in the community. Resources include but are not limited to housing, food, financial management, coping skills, crisis interventions, health and safety of client and household, transportation, socialization, vocational opportunities, and emotional support. Twenty four minimal billable hours per week required for a full time position. The Case Manager is responsible for development of a treatment plan with the identified client to facilitate the process, necessary paperwork notifying client of their rights and responsibilities, obtaining appropriate releases of information according to HIPAA guidelines, and obtaining funding needs through APS Healthcare. Collaboration with the individuals support team is essential and a primary responsibility of the Case Managers.
Experience/Qualification
This qualified candidate needs to hold a valid MHRT/C certification through the Muskie Institute or a MHRT/Cp with a plan to complete the full certification according to Muskie guidelines. The candidate must hold a valid drivers license; have an inspected, registered, reliable automobile
